DRI TRI 2022

Are you ready for the annual DRI TRI?

Put your legs and lungs to the test and see just how fast you are at Rowing, Biking, and Running! The test will be who can dig deep and finish up the mission hill first!

Grab 2 buddies or challenge yourself solo. This year we will have 2 individual distances and 1 Team relay event with CASH prizes + goodie bags for the podium of each.

Weather depending, the Row and Bike will be completed outside on a Concept 2 Rower and Bikerg. Regardless of weather, the run is a 3 loop course for the full and a 1 loop course in the sprint.

Individual Full Distance:

• 5k Row
• 10k Bike
• 5k Run

Individual Sprint Distance:

• 2k Row
• 4k Bike
• 1 Mile Run

Team Relay Distance:

Teammate 1: 5k Row
Teammate 2: 10k Bike
Teammate 3: 5k Run
