December Bonus

Bring on 2026! I'm stoked to get this rolling, so I want to share with you some nuggets, and we'll all get dialed in 2026!

We've got several initiatives to ensure your year gets started right:

  • Monthly 5 min challenges (January is about being Kind - see above)
  • Set some goals for 2026 and publicly post them on the goal board in the lobby.
  • Join us for Dry January (listen to the podcast below)
  • Yoga Healthy Hours Monday - Friday 5 pm hour
  • Some self-help recommended readings - all books I've read at least 2x and plan to read again.
  • Plus, gifts you can invest in for yourself that will positively impact your life.

Let's crush 2026!!!

New Year's Investments in Yourself

Any of the books above are a great start-of-the-year read. I've read them all 2 times+.

- Increase your gratitude by realizing you're going to die - buy a 4K Weeks Calendar. I keep this in my office and update it weekly. It's sobering and motivating.

- Get a Big Ass Calendar to plan your year

- Whoop - Track your health data THEN do something about it.

- CGM Subscription - Everyone should know how food affects them. A continuous glucose monitor will unlock a ton of information about your nutrition and help you make better choices.

- Improve your conversations with loved ones by using Talking Points. Dorky but honestly effective.

If you haven't done an InBody scan recently, the start of the year is always a great time to get a solid 'before' scan :)

Ladies, the above is a must-listen podcast for all things specific to woman's health, training and longevity.

I'll leave you with a quote I read recently that is helping me focus for 2026 and something I want to live up to:

“This is the true joy in life, being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one. Being a force of nature instead of a feverish, selfish little clod of ailments and grievances, complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy. I am of the opinion that my life belongs to the whole community, and as long as I live, it is my privilege to do for it what I can. I want to be thoroughly used up when I die, for the harder I work, the more I live. I rejoice in life for its own sake. Life is no brief candle to me. It is a sort of splendid torch which I have got hold of for the moment, and I want to make it burn as brightly as possible before handing it on to future generations.” George Bernard Shaw
