Has your fitness routine blown up like the 4th of July?
It seems like every conversation I’ve been having lately is revolved around “Gosh it’s been hard to get in the gym. I want to but I’ve just fallen off the bandwagon." Guess who’s off the bandwagon with you!? Me again.
So - I’m bringing back something I haven’t done for years to kickstart that progress which is a “Shred”.
It’s basically a jump start to some good habits done over a 12 day period with a great group of people - and I operate as your accountability partner. We keep the group small so I can stay on top of you. More info and to sign up for August's Shred.

I've weeded out things that I don't do on a daily basis and cut the books to the most impactful I've read so far this year! Enjoy.
I'm stealing the coaches to the farm on Tuesday for some team building (read: farm chores :) and then everyone gets a long weekend to get some R&R thanks to you and all the amazing volunteer coaches!
A couple of us will still be around to make sure everything runs accordingly - Enjoy picking the music and meeting some new friends!
