August 2022 Quick Note

No chance you beat these outfits, so you might as well come and try and beat us on the course...

Saturday is our annual Dri Tri. Get a partner, go solo or put together a group of 3. You can bring someone from outside the gym or find someone already here.  

If you need/want a team - please let us know; we're playing matchmakers!

And we're waiving fees, so you have one less excuse to participate :) Just a fun excuse to get together for a fun workout and to be a bit goofy.

Heats are at 7:00, 8:00, and 8:30.

Note: Childcare is from 8 - 10 am as usual.

I don't party often, but when I do, I make sure it's a heck of a good time.

The invite to our 10-year anniversary celebration is in your mailbox or sitting on your table. Grab a ticket and mark the calendar!

Libations -> Hors d'oeuvres -> DJ -> Dancing -> AND pretending we're younger than we are.

Ten years was a good excuse to have a little party - Please be there for the fun on October 15th!

We have more HitFit classes AND we made the classes longer, now starting at :10 after the hour (NOT :15 as they have been).

Sign up in the 2020FIT app and get rocked by an awesome class that is a great way to mix things up during the week!

Last but NOT least!!! We have a new team member in Kym!

We are grateful to have her expertise as she comes to us with her CF L1 and CSCS. After 20 years in the education field, she's getting a new breath of fresh air and working with all of you amazing people.

Please welcome her as she kicks off her first week on the 22nd!
