I have a love / hate relationship with the month of March. The wound is still open but not as raw as it once was from the shutdown...
I've long had a problem with checking my email at night. I love my wife and I love my kids. I love time with them more than anything else. For whatever addictive reason, I'm compelled to ensure that I'm not missing out on anything.
I’m not a scientist or a doctor here. I’ve been a practitioner of real life and am fortunate to not be glued to any sort of dogma on what is the best way to be a healthy human being.
Whether it’s to lose weight, improve flexibility, get back to your athletic self or just to feel better overall, everyone comes in to our gym with a certain goal.
Let’s say you’ve gotten in to the rhythm of being in the gym regularly, you’re respecting your sleep, you’re not eating like an idiot, and you’re drinking this thing called “water”.
I get asked daily - “what supplements should I be taking”. Given that I try not to be a D, I like to meet people where they are and recommend what they’re looking for me to say - Creatine, protein, vitamin c/d, fish oil, and some greens.
