I've been putting this off for over a month and realize that I need a little help 'sticking with it' and there might be a couple of you that feel the same way.
Short notice here but this is the February Shred, kicking off Wednesday!
Accountability - You must have someone that you’re doing this shred with aside from me. If you need a buddy, let me know and I can play match maker.
Early eating - What you eat is critical of course. But WHEN - Moves the needle fast as you adjust your quality over time. We’re going to shoot to be done daily by 6 pm.
Breakfast - I need you to eat it. And eat it before you get your coffee fix or the day.
The Cold - 2 minutes per day in the cold shower.
Gym 6x a week - I don’t care which class you take but you need to get in the gym every chance you get. Keep the wheels greased. You’ll sleep better, be more conscious with your eating, and you’ll get a habit rolling that can follow you throughout the entire year.
Off Caffeine (or done by 9 am) - What I really want to suggest is just get off it all together. But since I get much hate mail here, I’d recommend the next best is just be done with it as early in the day as possible.

This will be my 11th Open. Why do I keep doing it?
- Because it is a challenge with myself.
- It makes me nervous, yes, that's a good thing.

- It's wicked fun to commiserate with everyone about a common enemy for 3 weeks.
- It brings out the competitive spirit
