2024 Annual Events

The Open - It starts February 29th and is annual opportunity to test our fitness and have a blast with the world wide CrossFit Community.
Supporting our Heroes by doing 5 HERO workouts in the week to raise funds to support veterans.
Our annual trail race out at Steel Bridge Farms. Test your legs in the country on our single track course out in La Cygne KS
We take off to play and you take over the gym. Our 4th annual Community Takeover allows our team to get a long weekend while our Community takes over the running of the gym for a couple days.
Get a team of 3 together, coordinate your outfits and Row, Bike (stationary) and run! It's a fun Saturday (free of charge) to mix it up and get the competitive juices flowing.
Back and bigger than ever!!! An all day event for CrossFitters looking for a great local competition opportunity. Rx and Scaled divisions for you and your partner to test your fitness against others.
