October 2025 Newsletter

We’re constantly reminded that we have one of the strongest, kindest, most dedicated teams out there. We couldn’t ask for a better group to coach, support, and grow this community with.

And to keep this team rocking, we're bumping rates 1 latte per month.

At your next billing cycle on or after November 15th, you will see a modest increase of $7/mo. A good chunk of those funds will be going to raises for our hard-working team. For that, the team thanks you.

We appreciate your commitment to what we're building and the people we get to do it with.

If you've been around the gym, you'll know that the team absolutely crushed our Coaches Community Challenge. Congrats to our winners, Kym, Brooke, and Amanda.

262 jackets donated to Project Warmth!

Hugely appreciated Google Reviews & social media shout outs.

Dozens of friends got to try 2020FIT for the first time (get em back in here folks :).

And the best part about the whole deal is the ACTION in the gym. We had 200 more check-ins per our average, and you could feel the positive vibes in the gym!

Oh - and if you need a car refresh next week, just drop it off at the gym between 8-10 on the 24th, and this crew has you covered!

The Beef Is Here (FINALLY!!!)

We started taking orders last week - If you'd like in for this first round, please place your order ASAP.

Quantities are limited, so it will be first-come, first-served. Get your order in here.

Strength is important. You've all heard this laid out on every podcast in existence. And most of the time we do it first in class, which is sometimes the right thing to do. Sometimes it's ideal to do strength second so you can be adequately warmed up and ready to rock. So be on the lookout - we may be doing strength 2nd in class from time to time to shake things up. I'm curious how you're going to dig it.

Books & Things

  • "The Last Child In The Woods" - This one piggybacks off "Anxious Generation," (a must-read), which seems to be getting absorbed. We know phones/tablets are not ideal for kids... Rather than focus on the 'bad', how about increasing our desire to get kids' butts outside!
  • I love these amino acids. I feel stronger/leaner even when I'm not lifting as often as I should.
  • Dashlane - I've been using this for nearly 2 years to manage my online payments and passwords, and I can now say affectionately that I love it—great way to keep all your stuff in one spot, securely and sanely.

I'm big on sleep (admittedly bad at it), and Kelly is too. Here are some of her thoughts:

🍎 Want to make better food choices tomorrow? 3-2-1 Go!

✅ Start tonight. One good night of sleep can do more for your willpower and cravings than any new diet rule.

💡 Better sleep isn't just about feeling rested -- it's one of the most underrated nutrition tools you have.

😴 When you sleep well, your hunger hormones (ghrelin + leptin) stay balanced.

🍩 Poor sleep throws them off - which means more sugar cravings, low energy, and reactive food choices the next day.

Quality sleep = better recovery

Better recovery = better decisions

Better decisions = better results

🏆 Small habits - big effect.

❓ Which will you try tonight?
