September 2025 Newsletter

A book I recommended a while back (5 Types of Wealth) still has me thinking about not only my longevity but also the longevity of the people I love most. Shout out to my brother Mitchell and Alyssa, who got married over the weekend - Thank you for bringing the family together!

I was thinking, selfishly as I usually do, that if I plan on being around and being well for a long time, I want my friends and family to also. Don't we all?

Something I see from the outside is that by the time many people have the time and money to do cool things (of which I’m a huge fan), they’re usually too fat, tired, and sick to participate.

What I would give to anyone who wants to be their most healthy self?

Besides the gym, clean eating, the supplement stack, or the latest and greatest bio hacks, I'd give them a strong 'why' so they'll do whatever they need to find the 'how'.

I was explaining to my boys the other night that the simple goal of my life is to stay as well as possible for as long as possible so we can do as many things together as possible.

And that includes you, as I’ve been so lucky to make great friends in business, being an outsider from KC, I’m not exactly able to answer the "where did you go to high school" question - ha. So, thank you for staying well, as I'd like to do this with you for a long time.

I love a good bio hack (podcast below), but even better is a strong 'why' for you to live your best life.

However, if you're looking for a hack, the hint I'll give you is that it starts with 'C' and ends with 'ommunity'...

So if you're looking for a crew or an excuse to get back in here, go no further!

Sundays are back! We’ll be opening the gym every Sunday from 8 AM to 12 PM for open gym, sauna, and cold plunge. So come lift, move, and set the tone for your week!
