Body Fat, The Open & Beer

Last weekend I finished my first sanctioned HYROX event and it was a total BLAST. Actually it was totally nasty but the experience was fantastic. I can't wait to get back for #2.

I feel like a new client at 2020FIT. I kind of am after only attending 47 classes last year...It’s incredible. The people are amazing. The coaches care. The workouts are hard, but doable.

This ended up being way too long (great stuff below) so I'll keep my little note short. If you've been at 2020 for a while you know we're always trying to improve. Well since I started working out again last month (feels F'ing amazing), I now get to experience what you do daily and am grateful for all the work our team puts in to make it happen.

We've been up to a lot at the farm the last couple of years so I figured it was a decent time for an update. Part of the reason I've gone silent is the business model completely changed, as can happen, from the initial game plan on day 1.

I tried to hammer this point last month, but perhaps I wasn't clear enough.We want to help you get to where you want to be. We need to. It's kind of why we get up in the morning. And something magical happens when you write on paper in front of a bunch of people who like being around other successful people.

I've aired my struggles over the years of being consistent in the gym. Even though I spend the majority of my waking hours in it.I did something I thought I'd never have to do. I hired a personal trainer to get my butt going.
