Brit and I have three boys. They’re 6, 4.5, and 22 months. And they are an absolute joy to raise. They are full of energy, to say the least.

On Tuesday July 11th we took the entire team out to the farm for the day to spend the day together doing some epic activities, talking about where the business is going from here as well as filming activities we're going to be hosting at Steel Bridge in the fall.

Today is a special day - It’s my wife Britni’s birthday. Though she will not love the attention this note will give her, she is incredibly deserving of it.

It was both awesome to be able to help out our veteran community and to see the shared suffering last week as everyone did some hard things completing the HERO workouts, which again made me realize we’re far more capable than we give ourselves credit for.

It's a funny thing. The more you learn, the more you realize you have to learn. I often wrestle with the notion of how often I should speak out to help and how much of that time should be spent leading by example.

My encouragement for you this month is to make time for yourself because no one else will, and we have a finite amount of it. And what the heck, pool season is right around the corner, so you might as well get ready :)

We recently took a family trip to Mexico (thanks Joe and Marilee!).

Fall is one of my favorite times of the year as it was this time 17 years ago that I convinced Britni to give me a chance after a little stunt a couple of buddies and I pulled at one of her soccer games.

10 Years - What a TEAM. I sat down to write this, and for once, I was utterly at a loss for words.
